Clients We’ve Worked with

What we do

Four services. No padding around the point

Every engagement starts with the same question: what does this site need to do for your business, not just how should it look.

  • 01

    Web Design

Comprehensive website design and development services, encompassing everything from the initial sitemap creation to the final launch. Our approach is centered around a system.

  • 02

    Brand Systems

Establishing clear type, color, and component guidelines is essential for maintaining a cohesive look across all pages as the website expands. This ensures that everything syncs together.

  • 03

    E-Commerce

Creating product pages and shopping experiences that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive to navigate is crucial. Streamlining the process will enhance user satisfaction.

  • 04

    Care & Maintenance

Implementing a system for continuous updates, providing content support, and conducting regular performance evaluations are vital steps to ensure the website is efficient.

About the studio

A small team that prefers structure over spectacle.

We started Gridform after years of inheriting websites nobody could maintain. So we build everything around a system — one that a client's own team can still understand a year later.

Client Retention

Avg. Build time

our process

Every project is scoped, designed and reviewed in the open. You see the structure before you see the polish, so nothing feels like a surprise at handoff.

No black-box builds. No mystery plugins. Just a site you understand and can grow.

Word From the founder

“We turned down twice as many projects as we took last year — not because we were busy, but because they weren't the right fit. That's still working for us."

Jim Fahad

FOUNDER & CEO @ kuthidevs

Gridform stays small on purpose. Every project gets the same four people, start to finish — no handing you off to whoever's free that week.

How we work

One process, repeated on every project.

Four stages, in order, every time — so timelines stay predictable and nothing gets skipped.

Selected work

A few projects we'd put our name on.

Each one started the same way: a sitemap, a system, and a build plan before a single pixel was placed.

client notes

What it's like working with us.

We keep the relationship going past launch day — most of these clients are still on retainer.

The process felt unusually calm for a website build. Every stage had a clear next step.

Arjun Verma

CEO & FOUNDER @ techsolutions

Kevin handed us a site we could actually update ourselves. No more waiting weeks for a text change.

Leela Desai

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER @ techsolutions

Our checkout completion rate went up the month after launch. They actually tested the cart.

Sita Rao

Sales Manager @ techsolutions

Building the website was surprisingly smooth. Each phase had a distinct next step.

Steven Hamilton

Senior Designer @ techsolutions

After the launch, we saw an increase in our checkout completion rate. They actually ran tests on the cart.

Martin Walsh

Senior Designer @ techsolutions

The website development process was surprisingly smooth. Each phase was well-defined.

Common questions

Things people usually ask first.

How long does a typical build take?

Most full website builds take 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how many pages and how much content needs writing.

Do you work with WordPress and Divi?

Yes. We build with WordPress and Divi, shaping flexible, easy-to-manage sites around your content and goals. AI helps us move from first ideas to polished pages faster, while thoughtful design and hands-on checks keep every detail feeling distinctly yours.

What if I only need a few pages fixed?

Absolutely. If it’s a handful of pages that need attention, we can focus on those rather than rebuild your whole site. We’ll tidy the layout, improve the mobile experience and make the updates fit the design you already have, with clear pricing and a straightforward handover.

Can you work with a tight deadline?

Yes. Share your target launch date and what needs to be ready, and we’ll map out a realistic plan. When time is short, we focus on the essentials, keep feedback moving and flag tradeoffs early, so you know what can be delivered without sacrificing the details that matter.

How do build times vary across different environments?

Build times depend on the site’s size, content readiness and the tools already in place. A focused WordPress and Divi build can move quickly when assets and decisions are ready, while custom features, complex integrations or an existing site that needs untangling may take longer. We map the work to your setup, share a clear timeline and flag anything that could affect it early, so there are no surprises along the way.
